Digital Warranty
What is it?
Su-vastika brings in a Digital warranty for Inverters, a remarkable, revolutionary, and mindful innovation by Su-vastika Systems. Su-vastika’s Digital warranty is linked with the microprocessor in the PCB Mains card of its complete range of UPS.
The warranty shall start only when Inverter is connected to Battery, and when the Battery is disconnected from Inverter, the warranty stops.
Su-vastika Digital warranty provides consumers and dealers/ Distributors complete peace of mind.
This is even more beneficial in projects where site readiness takes time and inverter installation is delayed. Don’t worry; your warranty won’t be lapsed due to project delays, ensuring that customers receive the complete coverage they are entitled to.
By linking the warranty with the microprocessor in the PCB card of the inverters, Su-vastika has found a unique way to ensure warranty coverage that aligns with the actual usage of the Inverter.
50/60Hz Automatic switching technology
What is it?
An inverter, along with the charger, is a device that converts direct current (DC) to alternating current (AC). Also, the Charger part charges the battery from the primary Source or main Power having 50 or 60 Hz Frequency. The frequency of AC power varies depending on the country or region. For example, the frequency in North America is 60Hz, while Europe’s is 50Hz.
Three significant Voltages and Frequency standards are being followed in the world: 220V/50Hz, 220/60Hz, and 110/60Hz. Most companies design separate Inverters/UPS on either 220/50Hz or 220V/60Hz, or 110/60Hz as they have different frequencies in those countries. A 50/60Hz compatible inverter can operate on 50Hz- and 60Hz power sources.
We at Su-vastika have universal compatibility as far as 50 or 60 Hz frequency is concerned. Please check our models, where these products work on both frequencies automatically. When they sense the frequency in the mains mode, they bypass the same frequency, and when the Power goes automatically, they begin providing Power on the same frequency.
This feature is critical as it helps us send the same model to a few countries with the Power of 220/60 Hz or the nations with an emphasis of 220V/50 hz. The product is standard and can be installed in any country.
Bi-Directional Technology
What is it?
A Bi-directional technology allows for two-way charging due to its ability of two-way conversion—from AC to DC and from DC to AC.
Why is Bi-Directional Technology important?
In the presence of a Bi-directional technology in Su-vastika UPS, the MOSFET circuit converts AC from the power mains into DC to charge the battery. In the absence of current from the mains supply, the same MOSFET converts DC stored in the battery into AC used by the appliances in the house. For charging the battery, the bi-directional technology provides pure DC. It uses pure sine-wave output for discharging, which ultimately increases battery life.
Isolation Transformer
What is it?
Isolation, also called galvanic isolation, implies that no direct path exists for the current to flow from the source to the load. An isolation transformer provides isolation between the electrical devices and the source powering these devices. In other words, the output power circuit is electrically and physically isolated from the input power circuit with an isolation transformer. As a result, the isolation transformer provides safety to the users and the appliances.
Why is an Isolation Transformer important?
There are two types of Inverter/ UPS sold in the world; one with High-Frequency technology and the other with Isolation transformer-based technology. High Frequency based Inverter/UPS are very lightweight and can be mounted on the wall and good looking products, but they lack isolation which is the most important parameter for being weak neutral or weak ground. All the developing countries have the major problem of weak Neutral and Voltage variations and spikes and surges, which are absorbed by the Isolation transformer. Still, in High Frequency, the failure starts happening in these conditions.
As a standard practice, having the right power solutions to power your domestic appliances or perform industrial operations is essential. In this regard, a UPS/inverter with an Isolation transformer is gaining popularity due to its ability to provide efficient, high-quality, and safe power solutions under imperfect power situations. However, we can further improve the working of a UPS/inverter system by embedding it with an isolation transformer. Here is why it is essential to have UPS with Isolation Transformer. The High Capacity Inverters were the earlier form of Heavy Duty UPS where the static switch and other parameters were added to make it future-ready, and IT load could run uninterruptedly.
Lithium Battery Compatible
What is it?
Su-vastika introduces advanced inverter/UPS models compatible with Lithium, providing enhanced performance and efficiency. These inverters are specifically designed to work seamlessly with lithium-ion battery systems, offering reliable and sustainable power solutions for various applications. We have provided the settings in our UPS; the user can select Lithium battery. Accordingly, the user can set the grid charging current from the settings as per the size of the Lithium battery chosen. We have designed the LifePO4 chemistry in our UPs, not the Lithium-ion, as the Lithium-ion and Lithium LifePO4 technologies are very different. In the Lithium LifePO4, you will get a better life, faster charging and better safety.
Fast Switching
What is it?
Transfer time refers to the time it takes the UPS to switch from one state to another. Traditional inverters have higher switching times. This means your appliances will reset during the changeover between mains to backup mode.
Why is it important?
Su-vastika Heavy Duty UPS has a blazingly fast switching time. It automatically detects a power cut or voltage fluctuation and switches to the backup mode in ≤5 milliseconds. So you and your appliances won’t even know there was a power cut. This means your computer, Wi-Fi, and other critical equipment can run uninterrupted without resetting.
Pure Sine Waveform
Better Power Quality than mains
What is it?
Frequent power cuts can disrupt your work and life. However, you cannot let it happen for long. Therefore, using power backup technologies such as inverter/UPS is becoming widespread to ensure an uninterrupted power supply.
But the right inverter/UPS technology and the power quality you get through them is an important consideration. One of the factors that can impact the quality of power from inverter/UPS is their waveform.
Why is Pure Sine Wave important?
Inverter/UPS with traditional square waveform or modified sinewave or modified square-wave or trapezoidal waveform provide fluctuating power, which creates a humming sound in fans and motors and can reduce the life of computers and all equipment attached to inverter/UPS due to which appliances need repairing most often and hence is not suitable for operating all kinds of devices in the domestic and commercial setup.
The power output of Heavy-duty UPS/Industrial UPS by Su-vastika mimics the grid-power quality. Therefore, the efficiency of Heavy-duty UPS to run the appliances is much higher. It extends power backup, reduces harmonic distortion, saves sensitive appliances from damage, and provides much better performance.
Manual Bypass
What is it?
Manual Bypass is the ability of UPS to transfer the load to the mains electricity supply when there’s an internal fault or failure.
Why is it important?
When there is a technical error in the UPS, it might be unable to automatically switch the load back to the main supply.
Su-vastika Heavy Duty UPS/Industrial has a ‘Manual bypass system’ feature that bypasses the Mains supply even when the UPS is faulty.
Safe Charging
What is it?
Safe Charging is the ability of a UPS to choose the appropriate stage of charging depending on different parameters.
Why is Safe Charging important?
The majority of inverters charge the battery in a flat, linear fashion. However, monotonous or flat Charging degrades battery health just as monotony irritates you. Ideally, 80% of a battery should be charged quickly, while the remaining 20% should be charged slowly to avoid overheating and water-topping loss.
Su-vastika Heavy Duty UPS charges in six thoughtful stages using its Generation Four microprocessor for maximum efficiency.
During Power Supply
What are the benefits we have provided when the Mains power is coming and how does this UPS help to keep the home or office safe is very important to understand.
Safe Voltage Range
What is it?
A safe voltage range is important to keep appliances safe during high voltage variations, spikes, and surges. The problem is that there could be times when the appliances connected to the home wiring get damaged due to a high voltage. Still, suppose those appliances are connected through our UPS. In that case, they are safe as this up has a sensing circuit in the microprocessor, which keeps sensing the voltage and frequency of the Mains power. When the High or Low Voltage is detected, it shifts to UPS/battery mode to save the appliances.
Why maintaining Safe Voltage Range is important?
With Su-vastika Heavy Duty UPS, your UPS can maintain Safe Voltage ranges. Hence the appliances will remain safe from high voltage spikes as it rapidly switches from the mains to the battery.
Ability to charge at low voltage
What is it?
Typically, low-voltage areas, especially developing countries or war-torn countries like Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, Sudan, Somalia, Ethiopia, Pakistan, Cameroon and Nigeria etc., experience high voltage fluctuations because the grid is not stable and these countries’ people face a lot of appliances getting damaged. Due to these voltage fluctuations, battery charging in the UPS is a tough thing to happen. To avoid this problem, people use a Voltage stabilizer and the Inverter/UPS to charge the battery.
Why is it important?
Su-vastika Heavy Duty UPS/Industrial UPS is equipped with Advanced Circuitry that charges the battery as low as a 140V (+/- 10%) input. This means a user doesn’t have to spend his money to buy a costly stabilizer.
Advanced Protection with built-in MCB
What is it?
MCB safeguards your appliances by handling short circuits. However, these can be slow and inefficient at protecting your appliances from damage.
Why is built-in MCB important?
We have designed Su-vastika Heavy Duty UPS to add a smart layer of protection by building MCB right into the UPS. It’s an inbuilt Special MCB, which trips and protects all your appliances, even before the traditional MCB can respond.
During Power-Cut
Smartly switches to battery power and provides a regulated power supply
Load Percentage
What is it?
Users can see the percentage of load running on Inverters/UPS and can Monitor/Optimize Inverter/UPS Health with Load Percentage.
Why is it important?
Monitor your Inverter/UPS load percentage using our innovative mobile application. Stay informed about the current load on your UPS without needing to approach it physically. Detect overloads and make informed decisions to reduce the load for optimal performance. Identify the wattage of individual devices and manage their power consumption effectively. Ensure the health of your UPS by maintaining a balanced load percentage and upgrading if necessary.
Soft Start
What is it?
When the UPS switches to Inverter or battery mode, this soft start feature builds the voltage slowly so that no jerk is created to the connected loads.
Why is it important?
Su-vastika Heavy Duty UPS has a soft start feature that provides a cushioned start-up. It gradually increases the voltage to let your appliances restart smoothly, and they don’t get any high voltage or jerk during the switching.
Ability to handle Overload
What is it?
When a customer puts extra load which cannot be supported by the UPS, then it switches off immediately and keeps giving a warning. Then the customer has to reduce the load and go to the ups and reset the front switch, which is very uncomfortable for the customer because, at times, the whole house gets into darkness and the customer has to switch off the load and reach the UPS which is tough as it might be in one corner of the house or office.
Why is it important?
In Su-vastika Heavy Duty UPS, we have added a special overload feature. In case of overload running, it will take overload protection and shut down the UPS in 1 sec-5 mins as per running overload percentage. In that time customer can reduce the load, and there is no sudden darkness in the house/office.
Ability to handle Short-circuit
What is it?
Our UPS also has a feature of short circuit protection. With this feature, our Heavy duty UPS will shut down automatically whenever a short circuit occurs. In this process, our UPS will check whether the short circuit’s condition has been eliminated. If the short circuit has been eliminated, the UPS will start working normally after re-setting from the front switch.

Generator Compatible
What is it?
People sometimes use local Generators and inverters/UPS to power the load at home and offices. The power generated by Generators is impure, with high fluctuation.
Why is it important?
Su-vastika Heavy Duty UPS can normalize and adapt to fluctuations generated by Generator, making it perfect to pair up with Domestic Generators because our UPS has a frequency bypass range of 42Hz – 55Hz, which can work with any local generator with frequency variations.
